The first and the most important step when deciding where to go to college is the location. With traffic jams and transport inconvenience, it is not easy to reach the campus at the right time if you choose to be in Colleges that are centrally located. The location of the college can drastically change the entire college experience. Much of your time can be wasted on travel and other distractions with noise all around. While several students decide to go to College to a institution at the very heart of the city where there is plenty of life and activity, many others decide to be slightly out of the city and yet be a part of the city.

We are drawn to study in a city since cities are a cultural hub of different events, entertainment, and people and yet many students opt for colleges which provide plenty of life with serious academics. There are dozens of colleges in Bangalore but none so ideally located as St. Aloysius. The college is just two kilometers away from the cantonment railway station. The distance from the majestic bus stand is just three kilometers. There are plenty of buses to the place from every direction of the city. So, when planning on where you would like to spend the three best years of your life there are many factors to consider. Think about the location, do you want to be located in the heart of the city with plenty of noise and distractions or just away from the city and yet being a part of the city with less noise and pollution? Do you want to be in a campus that combines serious academics with plenty of other activities or to a mere teaching shop? With a friendly faculty St. Aloysius is a wonderful college to be at.

It is a growing college and in the six years of its existence it has made a mark as a college for all round formation. We want to be a homely campus. We want to limit our class strength to 60 in most courses. We have several organizations on campus to cater to different tastes and interests of students. There is a Management Association, Social Science Association and Computer Association. Different languages have their own Associations. The College has a unit of National Social Service Scheme. We are culturally a rich college with a college choir and a good cultural team. The college has large play grounds. We are good at football and athletics. The campus with plenty of activities does not have a dull day. Those in the campus feel proud to be Aloysians.
